Support main LF ranked team

I am a support main that plays mostly Leona and Janna but can play many other supports. Ranked: Plat 2 season 5. I would prefer to be on a team of high gold + but otherwise as long as we work well, it's k. Free time: M-F 9:30pm-1am EST; weekends: all day but sometimes varies. I do have a life and may not always be able to play. I am not looking to be on a team that practices 5 days a week for 5 hours or something that extreme. I am kind of tired of being on a team where they just play 5, get ranked, then never play again though.
