Looking for a club

Looking for people to help me up my game. I am currently bronze Vi ugh I can't get out as much as I try. but there must be aspects I am missing. just looking to up my game find a few good people that are willing to go from bronze to silver at least. then maybe plat or even challenger? I main top, jg with as supp. alt main is top also run jg.
