I understand you take your team seriously but what if people have jobs...? I understand it's your team and your choice but maybe they want time to climb in solo queue or spend time with family etc. anymore than 6 games a day especially if you're havign a bad day won't help you improve it's just overloading i've coached teams int he past so i've seen it personally but gl if you're putting your life on the line for this.

On DeathSkull SaberKnife most players understand and have what it takes. We have our current top laner who has played over 7000 games and has managed to keep a 51% win rate. We have another guy who has literally played over 33,000 games. He's Bronze 1 but over the course of just couple of weeks his rate of improving is astounding with the team. All it took was the right environment and discipline and he is mid silver and enjoying the high elo rewards of dedication.
