Looking for Gold V+ ADC and Jungle for Flex 5v5

Applicants MUST be able to abide by ALL of the rules and be able to take criticism as CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. We are looking to get better, not to settle with mediocrity.

Team Goals: We will... -Achieve the rank of Gold+ in ranked 5v5 Flex. -Grow mentally stronger, as well as mechanically stronger AS A TEAM. -Join online competitive tournaments for prizes.

Requirements: You... -Must be able to take constructive criticism.
-Must be Gold V+ in Solo Que or 5v5 Flex -Must be 18 years or older. -Must have a decent sized champion pool. -Must know your role in the team during the early, middle, and late game. -Must have map awareness and understand what is happening around your position/lane. -Must understand correct positioning during ganks and during team fights. -Must understand the length and the progression of a typical game. (When objectives should be going down, etc) -Must have at least 20 ranked games in your preferred position. -Must not rage or intentionally cause other teammates to stress at any given time. -Must never /surrender unless it's been talked about among teamates. All requirements are expected to be met before being considered for this team. Yes, they're strict and there's a lot, but I would like to have dedicated players who would like to get somewhere.

Tentative Scheduled Practice/Ranked Dates Until Team Roster Is Filled: Practice Days/Ranked 5s Days: Friday @ 8:30 PM PST - 11:00 PM PST (Yes, that's only 2 horus out of the week, but we all have lives and we'll make the most out of those hours.)
