Silver Mid or Top looking for a team

My IGN is bulbasore and I really want to improve my teamplay as well as my own individual skill. I think playing with a team might help me accomplish that. Mid lane I play: Zed, Vlad, Kassadin (but can play many others) Top lane I play: Rumble, Hecarim, Vlad (but again, can play quite a few others)
