Looking for a little help

So I have been having some trouble lately with my games, while teams may be a part of it I just can't seen to play well right now. If anyone has some help they would like to offer it would be greatly appreciated. I am currently silver 3 and on the way down. I mostly play mid, top and jg but can't seem to play any of them well right now. I would love some help with someone that has a little more experience than I do. Been play a little over a year now.
