looking for a group to learn and game with

i dont know if this exists but ideally im looking for something like a gym? someplace where i can practice and train and improve under a coach or trainer with the goal to be on a serious team one day. im available most every late night 9pm pst to 2am pst. im really competitive but not toxic, and i take criticism well. im tired of solo queing and i want to play with a team in this team based game. i play all positions and have alot of champs for the different lanes. i have skype and teamspeak3 and am willing to use any other voice chat program.
