Looking for a team to coach

Hello guys!

Before you go like "How can this lvl8 coach my team???" Let me give you some infos about myself.

Who am I? I'm a Gold 2 player (I climbed from Silver 4 and stopped playing upon reaching Gold 2) playing under the summoner name LordTushi. I've been on many teams, managed some, attended tourneys both online and LAN. I always had a hard time finding "my lane" and switched often maining every role at some point. However, it seems like I finally settled top lane.

In every team I've been in, I always was the one in charge of the picks/bans. You know, that guy that actually watches replays to get better? Well that's me. Therefore, I wanted to start coaching and progress with a dedicated team.

What does a coach do? A coach is someone who will get to know every member of his team, know what he likes to play, what he can play and what makes him struggle during a game. A coach does the pick and ban phase with help of his team and analyzes the games to find why his team's losing or not winning as fast as they should. Everyone does mistakes, a coach's job is to find them out. If your team has subs, the coach will decide who plays and who subs. Throughout his decisions, the coach will seek advice from the members to make the best choice possible.

However, a coach doesn't stop there. A good coach is someone to whom players can express their concerns or problems in the team. The coach will find solutions to keep the team a friendly environment where everyone wants to play together.

Who am I offering coaching to? Having a plat-ish level of play, I would prefer coach some bronze/silver team. Low gold ones would also be accepted. I'll be attending your practices and tournament games.

To have a coach, you will need a 5 man roster that practices and looks forward to improving. However, improving means knowing your weaknesses. Therefore, the team must be open to criticism and not rage. If you plan on attending tournaments then it's even better.

sounds like you're signing up for a half analyst half manager job.

coaches don't decide who plays or who subs, that's up to the team manager/owner/captain. they're there to become an informative force for their team and be a factor in their improvement, not to dictate choices.

i like people who are interested in helping the community and i support it, but you may be going for a manager's job rather than a coach's - you might want to reword if you're looking for someone to COACH rather than MANAGE.
