Creating a team, east coast preferred.

I am a support and jungle main, look to create a ranked 5's team to play with. I was gold last season and am silver now. Players must be silver+ and have either skype or curse voice installed. Looking for all roles, I will probably end up supporting, message Servers in game I am on most days out of the week. Most importantly I am not looking to be the try hard team to try and climb to challenger, I am looking for a fun group of people who won't rage at each other, but will give some constructive criticism in order to help improve each other's game play.
