Looking for Consistent Teammates- Gold/Plat Team

So in order to better find the people I am looking for I will start off with my personality and play style. I am open minded and willing to adopt any strategy or tactic to win but I prioritize decisiveness rather than passive play. I believe in comebacks even when the chips are really down but I can understand a when a game has reached a point of no return. I main ADC, Mid and Supp in that order, although I have proficiency in all roles. If you can carry and be carried I am talking to you. This means that you can keep your deaths typically under 4 for the first 25 mins if your feeding. You know how to rotate to compensate for this. Still, like myself, you must be able to consistently win your lane ( or secure objectives and gank for junglers). I do well with positive thinking, consistent, adaptable players. No racism or prejudice tolerated, adult talk is fine. Preferably 18+ years of age. My info is as follows,
