LAGr Gaming wants to pick up a whole new roster of serious gamers than dream of making it pro after deciding that the last one wasn't going to bring anything in. Why play with LAGr gaming? Well the obvious answer is that you want the gear and money we offer, and I'm fine with people trying out and talking to me just for that. However, in return to access to all that I am offering you I want serious players who want to achieve greatness and are willing to put in the time and effort to get there. So no taking a random day off just to play with your friends ranked 5's team to get them that ward skin. If you need to take a day off for something personal, that's fine, but a day notice will be required just as if this were a real workplace. Seems harsh, I know, but if this team is going anywhere it needs players willing to make some sacrifices and put in all their time.

Keep in mind that you won't be getting stacks of cash and tons of gear the day of joining but rather when you are a proven and trusted member of this team. But that won't take long at all believe me.

Money comes to players who earn it to be blunt. You won't be getting a 50k a year salary right off the bat and I don't think it would be professional to put exact number for players in a post anyone can read. What I will say to the people interested in the money aspect is this; once you earn it the money will be more than worth your while.

Requirements for players: We are pretty open to all kinds of players and don't judge 100% off of solo queue rating. So anyone can try out but the higher rating you have the faster you will probably get tried out. But there are also some requirements for you no matter your rank:

Have a team oriented mind set (no blaming others for losses and be willing to learn and grow with everyone not just as an individual)

Play competitive champions (so no Riven only top laners or Twisted Fate ADC's) 4+ champion pool in your role Be on at least 5 days a week for more than a couple hours 17+ years old (only because most things in competitive require it)

You can add PythonTW on Skype if you want but keep in mind that I may not be checking Skype every 5 seconds, or you can add me on the NA server my IGN being SizeablePython.

Lastly I do not care about solo queue rankings, if you are the type of person that thinks you are a god because your are Diamond 5 and that you are too good to play with players lower rated than you there is no point in you trying out because it would waste the team's time.
