Forming a New Ranked Team for A.M. Play- All Skill Levels Welcome

Myself and a good IRL friend are forming a new ranked team and looking for 3 people to join. As it stands, he and I will be in bot together with me supporting him as ADC. We are looking for people to join that can play during our playtime, which is kind of the hard selling point for this.....He works nights and I live in Tokyo, so the scheduling is 5:30am PST/8:30am EST-? Usually we play for about 3-4 hours, sometimes a bit longer, but with short breaks in between. We're basically looking for get some folks together as soon as possible to start finding people that are a good fit for us and whose company we enjoy, not to mention developing team synergy. We have a Teamspeak 3 server, and would expect you to use it with us during play.

Him: Last season he was in Gold II, but stopped playing midway through due to lack of a static team. (Realisticly, he's probably somewhere in Platinum, skill-wise)

Me: Just started 2.5 months ago, but I've been told by experienced players that I'm at least Silver level, and learning quickly.

Likely we'll land in at least upper Silver, but possibly into lower Gold, depending on the team mates, but we're perfectly willing to take on anyone at all, regardless of the skill level, as long as the attitudes and play times match, and you're willing and able to improve and study up what you need to for that to happen.
