Gold I support or top looking for serious ranked 5s team

Im looking for a serious ranked 5s team that is devoted in communication and constructive criticism to climb the ladders. I have a lot of free time, I'm 18 and a senior in high school so my days are pretty empty, so I'm willing to practice flexible hours.
