True Faith Gaming | New Mini Bronze/Silver ELO LCS community
#Introduction Hey guys i'm Ninja, and i'm looking to host a LCS style community for players around the Bronze/Silver elo. We will have weekly practices and tourneys for prizes. Since this is a new community starting up i am currently the only staff member for the community so i will be doing my best to recruit teams as well as other players. I am hoping for the community to be at full potential within a month so the tourneys can start asap. Currently all positions are open for applications however this is a first come first serve situation. If you want your pref position the sooner you apply the more likely you are to get it. Once you have applied you must talk with me in discord to be eligible to join the community. YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONAL MICROPHONE.
#What are you going to benefit from joining? 1.)Weekly scrims where coaches and other admins evaluate your game play to help improve 2.)Tournaments that can lead up to prizes and other rewards (TBA) 3.)A friendly community where you can learn and grow with other players in your elo
#So what do i ask in return?
- ##Age must be 18+ Its nothing against anyone under 18, i just want a serious environment. This community is for serious players, and people who want to learn and take it seriously
- ##Discord is a must Its free, and where the community is taking place, enough said about that
- ##Flexible hours with team Everyone's schedule is different, I understand. But we need to be able to set up scheduled practices and team meetings.
- ##Be able to receive criticism We all aren't perfect. Understand that and listen to your team leaders/captains when they give you feedback. We aren't here to bash you, just help you learn and improve.
- ##Most remain in contact with me 100% This has no excuse. In order for me to understand your still active you need to respond and keep in contact with me when you are away. If i don't hear from you or see you around i can only assume you are inactive and aren't going to take a team seriously

#How to join Simply fill out this short application and ill be in touch with you. I will contact every applicant within 24 hrs with a friend request. Once accepted we can talk one on one about your position and or role in the community.
