Pandorum Gaming is Now Recruiting Players + Coaches for Ranked 5's Teams

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tyler and I am the manager of the League of Legends division over at Pandorum gaming. We are proud to announce the addition of ranked 5s teams here at Pandorum gaming. We are going to be offering several different tiered teams from Bronze to Diamond. We will be starting off with four teams, Bronze to platinum and in the future we will be adding two Diamond teams.

Recruitment Notice: Most roles within the org are filled, However these spots are NOT filled Diamond: None filled Plat: All Filled Gold: Top/Mid/Ad/Support - Possibly a Jungle (add me) Silver/Bronze: Both filled

• Requirements: Be active and flexible, you need to be able to make practices a few days a week so your schedule will need to be flexible! Have a good attitude and be willing to learn. Nobody wants a teammate that wont adapt and is toxic. Toxic players will be removed from teams. Have a microphone and have Teamspeak3 downloaded.

• Description Of The Program Players will be assigned to teams based off ranking, meaning that all platinum players will be on teams with all platinum players, Bronze with bronze ect, with the exception of Diamond teams which will be having tryouts and will be grouped closer in ranking due to restrictions on ranked play. Players will be held responsible to make it to their practices several times a week. Practices will include the team getting on teamspeak and playing several ranked games to improve, after each game players will be reviewed upon by their coach and peers, everyone should remember you will be criticized so you can improve, it is not a way to tell you, that you messed up. Teams will also be assigned captains by me, as coaches will most likely not be part of your team for the first few practices I will be assigning captains and captains will be in charge of making sure everyone is on time to their practices as well as managing practices for the teams. There will be NO tryouts for players platinum and below, they are instead open enrollment. If you have any questions please contact me using the information provided below.
