Hello my name is Voltic Captain and I am the Jungler for the serious Ranked Team I am are creating. I am a serious ranked player looking for members to create a team who are willing to learn and get better. We will be participating in Dynamic Que as well as weekly tournaments! We are looking for a Top, Mid, AD Carry, and Support that is Silver - Gold.

Prerequisites: Must main that role. Must have Teamspeak with a mic. Must have the proper champion pool for that role. Recommended prior Ranked 5's experience. Must not be toxic and must respect other players. Willing to participate in 1 on 1 coaching as well as playing ranked with teammates. Willing to dedicate themselves to rigorous practices. We have a proper Google Sheets page to work with. Our schedule will be Mondays-Fridays at 9:00 pm to 12-12:30 pm CST.

Champ Pool All players are expected to follow and adapt to the meta. We can be flexible on some champs, you can have pocket picks but it must be reasonable. I will list champ pools for each role we are looking for that we expect you to know. Of course you don't have to know all of them right off the bat but you will be expected to learn the ones you don't know.

Tryouts: Tryouts will be held once we have added you and have the room for you in a few games. And will begin as soon as possible. So please be patient while I compile a list of players to tryout.

Ign: I Phase Dive You & Bad With Talon Role: Mid Rank: Gold 2 on main and silver 2 on secondary account Top 5 champs for that role: Ahri Ekko Lulu Zilean Velkoz but I also play alot of others Strengths: Out cs'ing my lane, very good at playing from behind, fast at learning champs Weaknesses: I can sometimes zone out and not look at my map like normal when i get far ahead (something im working on fixing) Availability: everyday from 8pm EST till whenever but i can be on earlier most days but thats guarenteed Prior Ranked 5's experience: played ranked 5s since season 3 and I have won numerous tournaments (Riot owes me about 10 more truimphant ryze skins) Thoughts on criticism: It's very helpful if approached the right way I coached a team that was high plat last season and I learned how they react when it is given in certain ways Why I should choose you: A ton of experience with ranked 5s and can help with alot more then just being a player due to past experiences

IGN: RiZe Exile Role: ADC Rank: Silver 1 Top 5 Champs: Lucian, Jhin, Caitlyn, Draven, Ezreal Strengths: Mechanics, Massive champ pool(all adc's except jinx), game sense, shotcalling Weaknesses: Too aggressive sometimes, tilted if I get camped :/ Availability: Usually avaialable all day, sometimes only in the evenings. Prior experience: I played on a couple teams, noone ever listened to me or my thoughts so I left. Thoughts on Criticism: I enjoy being told what im doing wrong, however if I just get told you fucked up, I get kinda mad, need some actual criticism. Why should you choose me: I am a mechanically adept player with a huge champ pool and I can shotcall. I love being in a competitive environment and winning games, as well as improving and helping other improve through criticism.

Availability: Mon-Fri after 5:30 PM Central Prior Ranked 5's experience: I've been on and off of teams since Season 2. I got to Gold premade 5s in Season 5. Thoughts on criticism: It's necessary, just not constantly during the game; save that for afterwards. Why I should choose you: I shot call, have been shoutcasting for several years now (and am usually up to date on the meta) and I play a lot. And I live in Chicago, which means 16 ping.

Strengths: My biggest strength is experience in my role. I've been maining ADC since about halfway through season 4. Just last season I played 980~ ranked games, 800~ of which were ADC games. I know what lanes to be scared of, what lanes I should be able to bully, as well as most bot lane / support champions power spikes. I also know that it's okay to get behind, being behind and then being behind and feeding are 2 completely different things. You're going to los elane, it will happen. Weaknesses: Shotcalling,Once laning phase ends I do not want to be the primary shotcaller. Also my second weakness is in games where it seems like the enemy team is romaing bottom every 2 minutes, or we're fighting constantly I let my cs slip lower than I should.

Availability: Pretty much anytime especially if i know before hand when practice is.

Prior Ranked 5's experience: A few teams but they never last longer than a couple weeks typically.

Thoughts on criticism: Criticism is great, but there's a time, place, and way to give criticism correctly, I think a LOT of people are bad about how they give criticism.

Why I should choose you: Professor oak ran out of other poke'mon, I'm the only one left, you're stuck with me. ( Also because I'm pretty even tempered, and easy going)

Ign: GG Ez You Suck (No I am not toxic) Role: ADC Rank: Gold 5 Top 5 champs for that role: Lucian, Caitlyn, Sivir, Ezreal, and Jhin (can play them all well except Draven) Strengths: I understand rotations, objective pressure, and the difference between wave management and freezing. Also, I usually get the most cs in the game when I play. I can hit 7+ cs per minute. If I have a passive lane opponent I can hit 8.5-8.7 cs per minute. Weaknesses: Sometimes I won't make the flashy aggressive plays. For example, sometimes I won't do a flash auto, and that will lose me a kill, because I am afraid of my summoners being down for a better opportunity Availability: 24/7. In college, and have an adjustable schedule Prior Ranked 5's experience: I've currently been on two different teams. I am not really a shotcaller, but I am experienced in calling out objective and rotations Thoughts on criticism: My goal is to hit platinum by the end of the season. I think I need to expand my game knowledge further to hit that goal Why I should choose you: You should choose me for 4 reasons.

I am passionate about my role and the game.
I win my lane 90% of the time, including those normal games when you have to lane against a random plat/diamond

Strengths: I can adapt to my ADC and play to match their style. I also have a large champion pool and am comfortable playing many different champions as support. I do not die often but I understand when my life needs to be taken for the ADC or another teammate to live.

Weaknesses: In the past I have focused too much on shutting down the opposing carries rather than protecting my own. I have also been known to get caught out when trying to place deep wards without any prior vision.

Availability: Weekdays from 6pm (CST) until whenever at night and available all weekend (no set plans for weekends, but things will come up from time to time). My availability on weekdays is night only because I work an 8-5 regular day job, so I will not be available during the day at all but my schedule is regular so I will be available any weekday night I am needed.

Prior Ranked 5's experience: I have played in 2 organized tournaments over the past couple years and messed around with some friends in ranked 5s for fun. In the tournaments I placed 3rd and 1st (both as support). The 1st place was with a team that was put together from free agents, similar to what is being done here.

Thoughts on criticism: Criticism is essential to getting better and becoming the best. It should be constructive and honest, but done in a proper and positive way. Being too aggressive can be harmful. I welcome criticism and knowing how I can improve myself and trying to help others better themselves if I can.

Why I should choose you: I am a fun and smart player. I will be dedicated to the team and will always be looking for ways to improve myself and the team. I understand the need for vision and objective control in the macro game play. I believe I can perform at higher levels than I am at now or have been in the past if I actually play with the same people consistently and communicate with them.
