Gold Top Looking for ranked team

I'm currently Gold V, but I'm fairly certain I'm better (test me out if you don't believe me). I'm looking for a serious team to climb with, and am willing to put in however many hours are needed for team practice, plus individual practice. I currently main shen, and can play others such as malphite, trundle, fiora, mundo, and close to being good with mao. Available 4:30-12 EST on weeknights, and all day most weekends. Edit: Since most teams ask this, my biggest strength is map awareness/presence, and my biggest weaknesses are warding and keeping pressure top.
