anyone who is a decently experienced noob wanna join?

I'm getting really tired of playing blind picks with random noobs and losing every game. I'm not the best player myself but i know when to go in for the ks and when to recall, and i actually communicate. God please bless me with some other people who know how to work as a team so i can get out of doing blind pick, matches over and over and get into ranked.
