Team Needs Dedicated players

hey guys. i'm looking for players with big goals. i need people that will dedicate themselves to the team. put time in such as reviewing games as a team and figuring out what we did wrong and such. I expect nothing less than diamond by the end of season 5. no bronzies are applicable. It will be a bumpy ride and it will be tough. but if we all learn from our mistakes and get better every day theres no reason we wont be successful.
