Looking for casual team

I'm looking for some people to play with. I'm just really sick of pairing up with randoms and i'd much rather play with a team that i can communicate and collaborate with. I've been playing the game since 2011 and i took a year break but i'm getting back into it again. I'm lvl 25 so i'm not ranked yet but i'm expecting to be in silver after placements but i've gotten to gold in season 3 with a different account. I think playing with a group will improve my play as well as rekindle the flame that keeps me wanting to play this awesome game.
