Plat II ADC LF Diamond+ Coach

Looking for a high level player (Diamond+) to help point out my mistakes as an ADC and let me know what I can do to improve to make it to Diamond :). I don't rage and tend to blame myself for most of my loses. I've climbed from Gold V to Plat II in about 3 weeks of playing and I'm hoping to hit challenger by the end of the year.
