Training partners

Really i just need some type of friends in my list that will help me get better with the game, I'm tired of almost every game, even if I'm the only one with a kill or a turret take down "uninstall league" "you suck noob" "your deaths this" "lack of kills that" when im playing support if i do "you suck at warding" but no one actually is helping the situation and helping me learn crap, all ive learned as far as the game goes is core builds for champions I like, that;s it, the rest i feel im being impeded by team mates that either arent doing their part (afk'ers for days (especially junglers)) or wont help me actually under stand what im "sucking" at outside of the oh so not helpful advice of not dying (which is kinda impossible in some scenarios) or in one cho'gaths case he told ME to start the fights when I'm playing Ahri as a Glass Cannon which im sorry but that sounds stupid to me cause thats asking for me to die and not let the tank go take hits and distract the people we're trying to kill (we were losing), i get im not great and i never said i was but I wouldnt say im garbage for a person that's only been playing for about 3 weeks. but im finding the player base really discouraging and the game really hard to want to play when i no ones helping but only hurting, then it doesnt help that the game is littered with smurfs and thats an automatic disadvantage, or my teams get matched against a pre-made team with a level 30 or 2 which that level 30 proceeds to go 30/0/X or something similar (in one case it was a level 30 ranked katarina that went 60/0/10+)

but i guess my main issue would be technical things... i get the basics (i think), but somethings missing clearly from my arsenal but no ones filling the gap

TL:DR = i need some people that aren't pricks to play with that can help me learn and not just flame

help with would be most appreciated as theyre who i currently use (most success with ahri), i have plans to get a few others but as of right now this is my arsenal aside from free
