Creating Ranked 5 Team Silver or Higher.

I am looking to create a ranked 5s team, everyone must be silver or higher. You must be able to use either Skype, or Curse Voice. I am not running tryouts, it is first come first serve but if someone is rude and brings a negative attitude to the game, they will be removed from the team.
