Looking for northwest players

Hey everybody, I have been wanting to for this for a while and have finally decided to get around to it. I want to create a semi formal flex que team. This team would be focused on developing their skills within a competitive set, instead of the traditional solo que. We would have five players (with optional subs so that if a "starter" isn't able to play that day we can sub in another on our roster) who play together. We would develop strategies to implement in matches, watch previous games to identify weaknesses, and basically work on developing our gameplay past the hack and slash we are used to.

Overall, I want to create a team that learns each other's play styles and quirks. I want to create a team that doesn't flame at the first failed gank, or troll because they don't get the lane they want. Let me know if you are interested in the same.

Also, solo/duo que I am Gold 5 (should be challenger). Flex I am Bronze 1 (mostly because I don't play flex).
