Long term player, G1 max rank, looking for s8 team

I have been playing since Season 2 and the highest I've gone in ranked is with a coordinated team who took things seriously. I have played in every role, with ADC being my primary role, and then top lane. However, I have experience in every role. I know with the changes to Ranked play team organization on the amateur level has gone down but would be very interested in trying out for an organized team with dedicated practices, and a serious approach to improvement.
