Support LF EUNE team for team ranked games

I play LoL 4 months, and I can say I'm good enough as support even for plat/diamond (even tho I'm silver in solo queue)... My mains are Alistar and Braum. I'm good at Thresh, Leona, Blitz, Morgana and Sona. But i can also play Lulu, Soraka and Annie (also have Janna but too lazy to learn her). I like to play tank supports. In solo queue I lose my lane in 2/10 games. (that is good %) Maybe i would have 10/10 with good ADC, who knows...

I can play almost every day from 8-12 pm GMT+2
