Self explanatory title is self explanatory. I'd prefer a team that is around my elo/skill level already, I like to think I play better than my current plat 5 ranking suggests. I'm looking for a relatively serious team, I want a group that is looking to get better as a team and understands that there are bumps in the road to becoming a good team. I'm part of an organization that has analysts and managers so if you'd like we'd love to welcome you in to that.
