As a silver 5 player. If your plat or higher. put me on your team and it will lower the average MMR (our enemies will be gold and lower) then we get a free rofl stomp game/IP from this Dynamic Que which makes it very hard to win in ranked as solo. I'll even play support if that's the role you need me for. I have Skype and curse.
