Looking for gold (or high silver) players to form a serious group/team to get better with!

I'm currently a gold 5 top main (but my goal is G1 for this upcoming season ;)). I also do well with supporting, and can hold my own in the jungle. I'm looking for hopefully 6-7 people that can play various roles to form a club/team with. I really appreciate the strategy of League and I think playing with the same teammates over time would be a fun and cool way to learn new things.
