Plat Level Jgl/Supp Main Looking for Team

Hey guys, Plat level support or Jungle looking for a serious team. I decayed towards the end of the season due to my work schedule changing and me being extremely busy with school. All of that is fixed now, and I'm looking to join another competitive team. I've been on multiple plat/diamond teams, so don't worry about me being able to keep up. I've played lots of tournaments with these teams and fared well.

I'm looking for a somewhat established team. Schedule, tournaments, etc.. I can be on at 7 EST pretty much every week night. I'd really like to join a team that's primarily plat.
