At TUN we are looking for people/coaches who are looking to coach solid & stable teams who have been around together for 2-3 months. TUN is a solid organization that has been around since July 2014 and is offering Player who are interested in becoming and coach or wanting exp from solid teams. We provide a team speak server for all players. At TUN we own three teams Visage, Helix and Hazard. Visage Platinum/Diamond Team Helix Gold Team Hazard Silver/Gold Team [All Teams are full but looking for subs] TUN Sponsors Cinch, NoScope and Absgaming [Coaches receive all benefits from sponsors] Coach Application IGN? They havent changed their roster since i started playing in season 3, They dont look for better players they use the ones they have and practice.(they're all good) Have you coached before? Coach Application IGN Nyaboron Age 20 Rank Plat (peak Diamond 5) How much time can you coach: I will put in as much time as needed to fulfill the goals of the team, and my own goals for the team. I can stay up as late as required. However long the team will be playing, I'll be there for spectating and post-game analysis. Which team would you prefer: any, though probably Helix or Hazard seeing as my rank is higher than theirs, which would give me a bit of base respect to back up my criticism and comment. What is your favorite Pro team: Cloud 9 has really grown on me, being a team that has held their roster for the longest out of any other NALCS teams, and stayed competitive with it. I've never been a fan of importing players either. What is your favorite Pro scene: NA LCS Have you coached before: I've coached two lower level teams for a short time, but player feuds got the best of them after a couple of weeks. I'm looking to get a stable team and conflict manage if needed.

Have you managed a team before: Yes, I'm managing two right now. I also am the founder of an eSports organization that aims to teach lower elo players, provide community tournaments, and help new teams get started; so I have a lot of experience with logistics.

Do you know what you will be doing: I will be organizing practices and making sure that everyone is on the same page. I will be reaching out to other teams to schedule scrims, finding tournaments to play in, and addressing non game-related issues within the team(s). I like to get to know the people I'm working with, but I also know how to maintain a professional work environment. I am willing to make hard choices, should I need to.

Can you do what is asked: I am good at following directions but if I have questions or concerns I'm not afraid to speak up. I will always commit to the decisions made by those above me.

How much time can you coach? - I will be available for steady coaching from Mon - Thurs in the evenings. I live in Central Time Zone. Availability for weekends is possible with prior notice.

Which team would you prefer? - I will coach Visage as I have overwhelming leadership and coaching experience.

**What is your favorite Pro team? ** - TSM represents NA.

What is your favorite Pro scene? - IEM is one of the most interesting mainly due to the mix of regions. It's simple and straight to the point. It also helps that it was the first international competition won by a team from NA.

Have you coached before? - I have coached several players one on one, and I have also coached teams. With this route I've taken it's easier to break down the skill sets of a single player and pick out what I should immediately work on. While I excelled at breaking it down for a single player, I have also familiarized myself with team movements and strategy. I am practiced in not only the standard meta played, but also with lane swaps, as I have tested this often. Not only in league do I have coaching experience though. I was the coach of a swim team of up to 15 people so I may easily handle being stretched thin and have superior time to efficiency management. Along with this, I have been the captain of several sports teams such as -

Tennis - Here I was able to hone my skills in solo coaching. And also coaching in two's. This makes me proficient in helping bot lane grow as a duo, and also promotes synergy in lane.

Soccer - Being a captain meant I did all of the shot calling on the field. I have solid control of knowing how a group of people can read movements of one another and applies to League of Legends greatly in rotations. Rotations on a one track mind are key to a successful, clean game and keep the minds of our team healthy. There won't be any discord in the ranks with practice in this subject such as the forcing of fights over objectives or simply due to impatience. Everyone will know what role they play when the time comes to bring it to the objectives.

How much time can you coach? I'm looking to going into coaching full time

Which team would you prefer? Visage. I have had replays from Diamond teams, and I'm confident I do have something to offer even beyond that level. As stated in my post, I also do prefer coaching Plat+ players, as I feel that beyond Plat, mechanics are not the primary limiting factor in climbing. (Plus I would be terrible as a micro coach)

What is your favorite Pro team? Cloud 9. Specifically their great clear shotcalling, great team spirit & synergy, and great teamfighting coordination. They might be on a bit of a slump lately but I still get excited whenever I see creative shotcalling and good team movements from them.

What is your favorite Pro scene? NA LCS would probably be my answer, followed by LCK/LPL, then trailing really really far behind would be EU LCS (I really dislike EU's style as a region). The LCS has a better setup (english wise) than the LCK/LPL; the strong broadcast crew (casters + analyst desk) leads to a better viewing experience overall. Obviously LCK and LPL are more competitive as a whole, but it gets tedious to watch sometimes, as they don't have as extensive a english broadcast crew to keep me as interested. I still do keep up to date with all though (but for EU LCS I only watch highlights, or catch hyped games like SK vs FNATIC / H2K).

Have you coached before? No, not really. However, I have my own Gold team on Singapore server where I'm the shotcaller, and regularly post stuff about game knowledge and/or things I think the team should focus on (sorta like a coach). I also am currently coaching 2 Plat level teams on a semi regular basis while I'm still applying around (I'm currently in discussions with 7 teams, of which 3 are Diamond; I'm also waiting for replies from 2 sponsored teams). Do rest assured though, that I'm only looking to concentrate on one final team full time, after I've sorted out all the offers.

Obviously, it's really hard to prove rank or stats as a coach, especially from one with little to no experience. For all the teams I've spoken to so far, I've requested a replay from them for me to do an analysis on - which I can then present as part of the "interview". I've received positive feedback so far, and I am looking for a team to challenge myself to the fullest extent.
