Plat 5 / Plat 2 S4. Looking for team and Duo. Main Jungle/Support.

Title says it all. Im looking for a duo partner that wants to get Diamond very soon.

Im also looking for a Team to join / maybe help create. I can Support or Jungle. Does not matter either one. I am only looking for a serious team though. Not one for just the night or the week and then Disbands. I would like to play with the team play in tourneys. And have fun.
