Forming a team that's anti-toxic.

There's some rules aimed towards building a good environment within whatever group is formed out of this. They are to avoid talking unless you're able to share something either information wise about timers or something going on inside the game that's helpful. Gossiping is unacceptable on here and causing confusion also. You either talk one on one about problems outside of games or keep focusing on yourself. This builds good relationships inside the group and allows for greater synergy to form. It also encourages staying together instead of falling apart in 2 weeks like at least 80% of amateur teams do in this scene.
