D5 ADC LF Tournament/Ranked Team

I've mained ADC since Season 4 and I have been rapidly climbing every season and do not plan on stopping at Diamond for Season 7. I have a plethora of teams experience captaining, coaching, and just playing on many tournament teams that have shown a lot of success both online and at LAN events. I'm incredibly vocal, emotionally invested, and am looking for players with similar drives to focus efforts on making it beyond Diamond next season.

As far as playstyle goes, I heavily lean towards high mobility champions that allow me to constantly re-position on a dime, which is why Ezreal and Lucian are my very clear first two choices, however I can play almost every other ADC proficiently at a Diamond V level. In lane I put a lot of emphasis on farming hard and controlling the flow of it (freezing/pushing/pulling). I tend to rely on my support to create opportunities for me, however it is something I am actively trying to fix as I look to prepare myself for next Season's climb.

As stated in the title, I'm looking for a ranked team, whether being created or looking for new players for their rosters for next season, that are committed and driven to get better at this game at the highest level of play. I would prefer to be on a team of Plat+ players that are all wanting to participate in tournaments, because I think that level of competition always brings out the best in players.
