Gold(last season) Jungler Looking for Serious team

Hey my IGN is "RenegadeScissors" and i would like to join a serious ranked team. Really looking for a team that needs an in game leader or shot caller. I have lots of experience being team captain, shot calling, drafting for the team. Next i am good at creating a team atmosphere that can bring out the best in everyone. Looking for a team that also wants to join some sort of tournament or league.

Some of my bigger strengths include leading the team out side of the game as well. I like being very open minded and willing to debate on mistakes of my own play as well as others. My goal on any team is always going to improving everyone on the team. A team cannot improve unless everyone is on the same page and has the same goals. This is what i believe in.

Champion pool as of right now: (in no particular order)

If you want to try me out for your team please add me On the NA server "RenegadeScissors". [slayer-jinx-catface]
