TMG is Looking for a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Manager For a Diamond 5+ Team

Hey everyone,

True MInded Gaming is once again recruiting. This time around, we're looking for coaches and managers.

Generally, coaches will guide the team to a successful practice. They will work very closely with the players to ensure that they are playing at their full potential, that they are constantly working to improve their weak points, and that they are all working together as a team. Coaches will inform the manager when a player is underperforming or has behavioral issues. No prior experience is necessary, but it would be a great addition to your application!

The manager will manage the roster, and schedule practices and scrims. They'll deal with most of the out-of-game problems & concerns. The manager will ensure that the players are motivated to improve and determined to succeed. They'll also ensure that the team has opportunities to succeed. The team will participate in TMG's league, but as stated previously, the manager will schedule scrims and practices. No prior experience is necessary, but as with coaches, it would be a great addition to your application.
