Competitive CompeteLeague Team Looking For ADC! G3-P1
Hello! I am the owner of Retribution ESports [RET] I'm looking for dedicated players who want to improve in and out of the game; players who want to achieve their goals in Solo Q and through hard dedicated team work. and i am going to try out as many as I need to, to build the best team I possibly can. IF you are one of those players who play for a hours upon hours to grind everything out or even think your the best don't even bother as I am trying to build a team that will last for a long period of time and is positive. This team is serious, so it will mean we're going to be practicing 3-4 days a week, Every team will be scrimming teams equal skill level/rank or even higher. Of course, later on I will try to get hold of sponsorship and others stuff. How try-outs will go:

- After the first Game of tryouts we will cut the list of players down, based on their performance, communication, and overall desire to be on the team.
- After the 2nd Game of tryouts, we should have the list If you made the team (After We Try Out Everyone), and will then decide a solid schedule, as well as get the team registered on CompeteLeague > PLEASE NOTE The Tryouts are ongoing right now (WE MIGHT NOT GET TO YOU)

Why do you want to join the team?: Tried making, coaching, and playing on teams for the last two years, just trying to commit to a team that isnt mine now
Past Experience: Been playing in tourneys, making teams, coaching teams, managing teams, etc. for about 2 years now
Extra information / Bio: I get my work shedule weekly and aside from when I have to work I have a open schedule and am very committed to being on and playing for a team as long as it's a serious team.
Strengths: Shotcalling, Mechanics, Being able to play every champ except Kalista/Riven. I can play any play style needed. Map Awareness
Weaknesses: Looking at the map while in lane.
