Team Exile serious ranked 5v5s team recruiting for season 6

Hello all!

My name is Valkier and I've been playing LoL since open beta season 1. I'm working with a friend of mine to manage/coach a very serious and dedicated (but still fun!) ranked 5v5s team.

We're aiming to recruit all roles at the moment preferably ranked diamond or higher. Special consideration for Top and Jungle mains.

Our goal is to have the team achieve challenger ranking and compete in tournaments while still having fun. What we (the managers) hope to provide is a structured team environment, avenues for improvement for managers and players, and meaningful game experience.

Banned me for non-hostile questions. I don't think a team under leadership like this has any future or is inherently prosperous.

My inquires were legitimate, and despite me never having spoken to you, nor you having ever spoken to me, I'm greatly offended that you try to undermine the points that I'm trying to drive across. That's why I'm posting multiple grievances that I had within the 5 minutes of interaction with your "coach."

Hey, Diamond 5 support main, might be interested in your team. Former d3, was demoted due to inactivity, and was master in 5's and 3's season 4. have great experience, add me if u'd like.

I asked you what being a baseball coach had to do with being a league of legends coach, I then asked you if you take any inspiration from coaches such as last shadow, or see yourself as on-par with them. None of those questions are unprofessional. When you (non verbatim) stated that it was none of my business where you coached, or how they did I told you that was fine. I never trolled you, and you never asked me to leave, you told me that your team would mostly consist of high-ranked players, to which I retorted I'd still like to try.

Whether you wish to ban me or not is not something I can control, it's arbitrary, but I think you're inexperienced, and kind of paranoid/irrational. So it's with humble opinion that I say whatever team you jumble together is bound to fail due to your hubris.
