NA I3lue eSports LF Masters/Challenger Top

We are looking to fill create another team to carry our brand and to participate in tournaments with a long term goal of being part of the North American League Champion Series. With our first team we came 5th Mobafire Community Cup, 1st in Oogle Games Tournament, and recently made top 8 in the House Party 5v5 Swiss Gauntlet, qualifying for the 2016 Minor League Summer Season. Our team currently practices with scrims, around 8-9 PM EDT, and weekly tournaments. We try to participate in tournaments every week, pending on scheduling and player availability.

What are we looking for? We are looking for a Top Laner who is ranked in Master or Challenger that have drive and passion for the game. Players who are ready to compete on the highest levels with long term aspirations towards the NA LCS. Open to working with coaching staff to improve themselves to throw down with the best in the world. We use Discord primarily and ask that you use that. We expect diverse champion pools, shot calling, communication, and for players to be coach-able. We preferred that all players have in-depth knowledge of current meta and can be adaptable. We believe strong rotations and communication is key.
