Support main with Challenger coaching experience LF long term Plat+ team (18+ only)

Most of my time over the last year has been spent coaching challenger teams/players, and now I'm looking for a long term team as a player. I love coaching, I've spent countless hours studying the game, but I'm at the point where I'd like to push myself just to see how far I can go as a player.

What I'm looking for -A structured environment of like-minded players with a collaborative drive to improve every single day -A team that plays on an organized basis at least 5 nights per week -All players 18+, no exceptions -Goals to reach a challenger level both individually and as a team

What I can offer _-An almost unparalleled understanding of macro strategies that win games at the highest level of competitive play -A player that is subpar mechanically, but works tirelessly to make up for it with strong shotcalling and communication -A versatile personality and playstyle that can adapt to any team environment _
