To whom it may concern.

Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to read this, this team has been around for about a month now. Everybody is very dedicated to the team, we would like to just make sure you can make it to practices Mon - Fri at 8:15 EST, this is subject to change. If you can not make the practice time, do not even bother applying, we are ready to take off and start some very serious improvement. The problem we have here is that it's going to require a dedicated top, which is currently the problem. The team does have a coach and an analyst, already and most of everything the team needs to succeed is set up. How long have you been playing League of Legends for? almost 3 years. only started seriously in ranked about a year ago.

How many days a week would you be able to practice?minimum 3 days per week, up to 6 depending on my work schedule. I have my schedule up to 3 weeks in advance though, so I can give plenty of warning ahead of time for days I cant make it.

What are your 6-7 top champs in your role? maokai, sion, lulu, irelia, cho gath, mundo

Why did you pick those 6-7 champs? Most of them because they fit the meta, and team fighting. mundo/cho gath just because they are kinda fun sometimes.

Current life responsibilities? Mostly just work, everything else is optional and I can move it around.

How do you deal with stressful or intense situations? Take a second, and analyze the situation calmly. if you lose your cool, you lose the game.

What pro player do you role model? Why? Dyrus. Because I like to play aggressive to draw enemy attention. force them to come up to me, but make it a time waste because I dont push super hard without wards, or a good way to escape.

Describe your personality. Ummmm, kinda sarcastic haha. Most my friends say im a sarcastic dick, but that im alteast funny. XD

What are your strengths as a player? Bullying lane and map awareness. Though I'm only in 1 lane, I'm good at keeping an eye out for the whole map, and predicting ganks.

What are your weaknesses? (Things you want to work on) I really want to work on my champions pool, and be one of those guys thats its impossible to ban out, as for mechanically, I want to improve my vision coverage for areas outside of my lane. Like going and warding the enemy jungle when i have a break in the wave, to get vision.

What would you say is your play style? Aggressive, lane bully, and very TP play oriented. I rarely use TP to get to lane, I ususally save it for when my team gets ganked, to try and turn the situation.

Are you willing to 100% commit to a goal? So long as you dont expect me to miss work haha, besides that I can/will push aside pretty much everything.

Why do you want to join this team? Because I'm sick of these "oh we got placed low in placements, we quit" kind of teams. I want a serious team to practice with, and get better not just as a team, but also as an individual player.

Why should we let you join this team? 1. Lots of experience 2. I've based my champion pool around team fighting just for 5s. 3. I'm funny. 4. I'm pretty cute for a guy. 5. I actually took the time to fill this out in its entirely with legitimate honest answers, that I had to actually thoroughly think about.

Why did you pick those 6-7 champs? Just fun champs to play

Current life responsibilities? summer semester about to start so ill be at school on the weekdays until 3 pm and i work friday-sunday

How do you deal with stressful or intense situations? Pretty quiet dude, i just keep it to myself most of the time

What pro player do you role model? Why? Balls, he is probably the best rumble i have ever seen

Describe your personality. quiet, funny, chill

What are your strengths as a player? Pretty consistent and make some pretty good calls

What are your weaknesses? (Things you want to work on) sometime can be over confident

What would you say is your play style? Don't really just have one my champ pool is all over the place

Why do you want to join this team? I would like to actually be on a serious team and not one that just plays a couple games and quits
