LF players for a Late night Longterm Ranked 5s team

Hey guys

looking to create a long-term Ranked 5s Ladder team. I enjoy Ranked 5s very much and have always felt it to be the most enjoyable part of the game. I have captained several ranked 5s before and have been the Midlaner or Support for over 7 teams. I am looking to recruit individuals who look to improve and get better as part of a unit. Also people who can be positive in a group and analyse the game in a way seeking only to better themselves as opposed to blindly only looking to win during a game.

I currently work a late job and since most ranked 5s teams practice hours are quite different than mine currently, I had to quit playing with several of my other teams. Which led me her to seek indiviuals with a similar schedule of

11pm - 3am CST weekdays, roughly

What I expect from any applicants is

1. A motivation to improve
2. Reliability to play and practice together often.
3. A lack of raging or anger with general respect for team communication.

I am currently looking for players in the Top, Jungle, Support and ADC positions. I would prefer players who have mained their role of choice. I only would like players of the ELO High Silver to Low Gold In terms of voice communication I would prefer curse and I also need a way to reliably contact you outside of league, whether that is through skype, email, text or another source.
