LOOKING FOR A SUPPORT THAT CAN LISTEN PLZZ

im starting to play ranked and i know i can get a 70% win rate if i have a good support who listens and can play nami janna lulu allistar braum leona karma etc a support with a stun and can heal and keep me alive in team fights where everyone is charging at me. i just came out of a game where we stomped the other team but it took so long for us to end because all bronze wants to do is fight. i need someone that knows when not to fight and when to siege. plz i just want a suppot who listens and they must have discord cause we cant climb if we cant communicate. plz and thanks
