Creating Serious 5 Team - Looking for Silver or higher

I am looking to create a serious mature 5 team. I expect at least 5-10 games on the weekends and 1-3 on the weekdays. You must have a microphone and willing to join a voice chat during games and practice. Please answer the questions below.
