LF Silver - Gold to duo queue with

i'm currently silver 2 top main, can play any role(was in promo for gold) i've been a competitive player for a long time achieving high ranks in almost every game i've played seriously. however in league there are so many people who get extremely toxic off of something as small as first blood and talk shit all game, to players who don't know when to give up a chase, to players who don't know how to farm safely. i've never had so much trouble achieving a decent rank in any of the games i've ever played because of other players mistakes, tilting, and ignorance. just looking for someone decent to duo with, i don't have many people to play with atm but i'd like to climb up to high gold/plat before the season is over since i started fairly late into the year. if you have any relevant ranks from other popular games i'd like to know of them. also someone who is willing to skype and communicate. thanks.
