Irreversible Impact Look for Plat IV+ Adc/Support/Jungler. (Serious Players)

Hello, my name is Toma, Captain/Recruiter to Team Irreversible Impact. I am a Mid Lane Main currently partnered with a Top Lane main, Chaos(Team's Manager), and a coach dedicated to reviewing our games and providing feedback. This isn't a team where we'll be aiming to become professional League of legends players. However, this team's purpose and Goal is to bring together 5 players who are competitive and dedicated to improving at League. We will be constantly trading constructive criticism and other feedback, putting our hard work and synergy to the test in tournaments for RP and occasionally even small cash tourneys. We also just like to have fun and occasionally try new things. As for me personally, I just started streaming and I'm slowly building content and eventually a community to whom I can provide weekly content showing off the fun we have and the hard work we put into this game just because we love League of Legends.

When recruitment is completed, we aim to practice as a team daily at 8PM EST - 12AM EST. Times may vary and days off to be discussed.

Here's what we need:

• A Jungler. (Mains ONLY! Why? Because we want people who love their roles.)
• Plat IV - Plat 1 ONLY(There's a reason for this).
• Must be Highly active!
• Teamster 3 and Skype is a must! (As well as a working mic, duh =P)
• Must be willing to take and receive constructive criticism.
• Potentially a shot caller.

Here's what we DON'T NEED:

• If you're easily butt hurt(e.g. Can't take constructive feedback with an open mind, instead you take it emotionally and become offended easily)
• People who are egotistic.
• People who whine too much.
• People without a mic or who don't like to socialize.
• People who give up easily.
• People who are just overall negative, crash and burn at every obstacle. We just don't need that here. You know who you are.

Note for what we don't need: The first step toward change is awareness of one's flaws. If you know you struggle with any of these issues and are willing to change or better yourself, we are willing to work with you. After all, we all go through one or even all of these at some point.
