LF gold+ smurf to level up silver acc with

Need help getting this acc to gold because I cant control bad players, nor am I a diamond that can carry every game. I just need two more tiers. IGN: Frodo the Blue if u are diamond/plat and wiling to help would be great too :D S2 atm, 56LP.
