Looking to Create or Join 3's team

Hey as title states I am looking for a 3's team whether I create one or join one, I just want to be apart of a competitive team that wants to climb the ranks. My ign is Venatori, I am gold 5 in solo q currently and even though the two maps are completely different styles it has allowed me to build a pretty big champion pool and I am well versed in how 3's works as well as the FoTM champions and who are strong/weak currently. Thank add me ingame to talk more ign Venatori.
