TMG is looking for coaches of all ranks to help our teams!
Hello everyone, True Minded Gaming is looking for coaches of all ranks to coach our teams. We currently have 5 teams, and are looking for coaches to help them out. We have strict requirements for our coaches, so please read this before applying:
- You must be over the age of 13. Sorry everyone, but we need mature coaches who are going to handle the players well and not be immature.
- You must show up to practice, just like the players do. If you miss practices consistently, we will find another coach. This is a position where you will be dedicating significant time to the team, and you are expected to show up to practices and work with the players.
- You must have a positive mindset, but you also must be willing to be blunt about things and tell people what they are doing wrong. We are bringing coaches in for our teams and players to improve.
- You have to be willing to kick people off the team if they are under performing. After we do interviews with everyone and designate each coach to a team, the coaches will have the power to make roster changes.
If you think you would still like to be coach, please fill out the application below: Age: IGN: Rank: Peak Rank: What rank team would you like to coach(i.e Bronze - Silver or Silver - Gold) Do you have previous experience coaching: What timezone are you in: Anything extra:
