Looking For a Ranked team

I currently am Silver 3, that is where i got placed and have stayed. I don't play much ranked due to my lack of faith in randoms. I want a team that listens well, helps eachother, and most importantly; wants to improve alongside eachother. I don't want any toxicity, and I would like some team to recruit to play with. My IGN is Alexissohandsome and my main roles are jungle/top and i can adc and mid too but i prefer not to. If interested add me or leave a comment and we can go from there.
